Customer service not so impressive
My wife's dress was not ready even a day after they said it would be. The manager was unhelpful and said there was nothing she could do. My wife had to buy a new dress for a wedding as a result. Would not recommend to anyone and we will not return.
Competent, efficient, fair price. Free candy at the counter, hours are a bit weird
I seldom take the time to write about someone doing a bad job, but over the course of the last 2-3 months, 4-5 shirts came back to me damaged or unclean from the Bloomington Avenue location. Torn fabric on the collar from rough handling, shirts that were not clean, and stains that appeared to be the result of careless pressing were some of the issues I experienced, and I am now trying out other, less convenient, cleaners.nnWhile I accept the principle of caveat emptor applies when it comes to other people handling your clothing, I have to say that this kind of thing shows a tendency toward carelessness with the customer's property, and I would have to suggest you take your laundry and dry cleaning elsewhere.
Never a hiccup with fast drops and pickups.
