Great smells. Took mask off slightly and momentarily to smell cologne tester, and lady associate berates me about it, talks to me like a child. She then tells me that I can smell it with my mask on. Strange, I tried that already and it didn’t work. She continued to shame me even after I put the mask back on. She didn't even have a mask on herself. As I walked out, her sarcasm toward me was very offensive. The customer experience cost you 2 stars.
Good Smells. Fair Prices. Needs More Cologne With Matching Body Spray. Smells Good.
I bought a travel cologne and the man said it was $11 I was then charged over $20 because I apparently had to pay for the dispenser as well, apart from the cologne. He was very vague about the price and he didn’t mention how I had to pay for the dispenser. When I tried to come back (only minutes later) and return it he was very rude and told me how he had been very clear about the price. The entire experience was very disheartening and felt manipulative by him and the company. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will never buy from here again and recommend other do the same.
