The staff is pretty friendly. They will do what they can if something goes wrong. They try and get to know their customers from what I've seen anyways. The pharmacists are pretty good. You will always have ever those few that aren't very good but that's anywhere you go. I would give them a 5 star but I've had some issues with getting my medicine from time to time. Other than that they are pretty good. I've been going to this pharmacy for many years. And I would recommend anyone to go there

This pharmacy is extremely busy yet they are always under staffed. The wait in line either in drive-thru or inside can be from 5 minutes-15 minutes. They changed the hours a while ago when they used to be open 24 hours/7 days a week. Now the hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-10pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm. If you are in need of medication after those hours you have to go to Coon Rapids, Mn or you have to wait until the next day.nNot sure why they changed the hours but it’s a huge inconvenience for those who live in the community of Brooklyn Park.

The pharmacy staff is extremely knowledable and helpful. They are always assistive and friendly. This HyVee store over all is friendly, clean, well maintained, and has everything we need at awesome pricing. We love our HyVee!!!!!! You should go there too :D
