I was treated poorly by corporate with an issue, which was going to cost me nearly $5k and a great deal more headache and time. Kyle heard about it and went to bat for me. He got it cleared up by working hard for my cause. What a great office the Provo Utah location is! And what an incredible agent Kyle is!
I cancelled my account in December because of problems i kept having with their automated payment system. 2 months later I get a phone call demanding that a payment be made on the account that should have been closed previously. I explained the situation and they told me that they could not manage my account until a payment was made. They did say that they would pay me back for the months prior after the payment, but i have no money to make the payment. So my only option is to let it affect my credit score more than it already has for not being paid for the 2 months, plus whatever else they take off my score for canceling my account. You can get much cheaper and more reliable service from many other companies. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
