I was super happy to switch insurance for my car and our new house. They were able to do a bundle for us and it saved us a ton of money! Charles is awesome, and hes very quick to respond and get my many questions answered in a way i understand. Super satisfied!

I have a photographer's policy and recently had a significant claim. First it's important to note that when I first came to Howard, his team took the time to understand my needs and put together a set of insurance to match. Then Howard went to the effort to review it all, make sure it was the right program for me and I understood it. Ans now for my camera trauma: My highest end equipment essentially fell off the tripod, crashing onto a sidewalk even as a I jumped it catch it. Though I knew I was insured seeing my favorite gear getting smashed was a punch in the stomach. Even so knowing I was covered , with a good policy and understanding my coverage well, helped stem that anxiety This was on a Saturday afternoon. Monday morning first thing I called the camera manufacture to arrange for a repair and then Allstate to make the claim. The Allstate phone agent was very supportive and told me I'd hear back from an adjuster within 24 hours. I heard back in less than 2 hours. and he was quite the blessing. The adjuster was very helpful, all the while focused on my needs assuring me they would act quickly. And they really did. By Wednesday, less than 48 hours after submitting my claim, all was approved. Thursday we hit a glitch in that the camera manufacturer on opening the equipment found more damage and had to raise the repair cost estimate, substantially to a full replacement. Allstate was unfazed. They took the information and by the next day had a revised approval. I literally had my repaired camera back in my hands on Saturday, 5 days after submitting my claim, in part due to Allstate's support, responsiveness, and speed. Throughout, the adjuster emailed and phoned me to make sure he had everything he needed and to make sure any questions I had were met, any concerns were addressed, and to not worry. Even with insurance such damage is a very stressful experience. How the insurance company acts can add to or reduce that stress. Allstate's professionalism and personal supportive service really helped.

I met Howard an a local IPPA meeting several years ago and he immediately save me 50% on my insurance premium's by switching to his agency and Allstate Insurance. Several weeks ago I was photographing grizzly bears in Grand Teton N.P. when my 500mm prime lens was broken. I just finished up with the claim and they will be paying me 100% of the replacement cost less the deductible. The replacement cost is almost $2,000 more than my original cost as the model was upgraded with a major price increase. I felt incredibly relieved as this is my go to lens and the one that put me in a professional class. It's provided me with magazine cover photos, calendar cover photos and other successes. I can't say how grateful I am to Howard and Allstate. Howard bought us pizza that night at the meeting; turns out it was the best pizza I've ever had.

I lost 6 TB of personal and professional photographs from a lightning strike that killed my storage tower. I sent the tower in to Drive Savers, and they were able to recover all but a few images (a handful of the over 300,000 files). My Allstate insurance covered everything except the deductible which saved me thousands of dollars. Howard and Steven give personalized attention and the claims agent who handled my case stayed in close contact with me for the 8 months that it took for the data to be recovered. This team takes insurance seriously, and treats their clients like family.

I've had Allstate now for a few years and have had to file a claim with Howard Burkholz. I had never done that before but he and his staff were helpful and made everything simple for me to do. He has also supported our photography classes and is a very big part of being in the photography community. I was so impressed with Howard and Allstate, that we switched over our multiple vehicles and home owner's insurance to Allstate! We've been happy for several years now!
