I had to place my dog to sleep, they were very attentive to my sadness and did a lot to make me comfortable on this sad day. I'm very appreciative to the vet doctor and the assistants who made it a smooth transition for my dog and me.
A few days ago I noticed there was some drops of blood around the litter box for my two Kitties. I had never experienced this before and I was very scared that it was something serious. I hit up Facebook and one of my friends recommended this vet. I'm so glad they did. Dr. Gonzales personally calls me and tells me the options that I have. I was so worried that it was going to cost me thousands of dollars and it was very reasonably priced for medication. I have just moved to the area and I'm so lucky that it was so easy to find such a great vet for my cats. I have been to many different vets throughout my life and I highly recommend this one. Good prices, compassionate and excellent customer service. They allow walk-ins from 9 to 5 and they are very quick to answer the phone. When you do a walk-in, you will have to wait as they take pets that need to cross the Rainbow Bridge and emergencies first. But I will say that on a Wednesday in the afternoon it was only a couple of hours that we were there.
This is the best veterinarian clinic in the area. My dad was a Vet. I grew up spending time in his office so I am a little more critical than most. Nichols gives great care at reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
We had to put our sweet dog down and during a pandemic this was the only place that let us go back with her.. they were so professional, so compassionate, so kind.. the price was very affordable.. they did an amazing job. I have such respect for ehat these people do and how well they handle it.. thank you for making our experience as easy as it could be in such a difficult time.
Nichols is always very helpful and always have the answer to my questions about my pets. They also sent me a sympathy card after one my dogs unexpectedly passed away. It was a nice gesture and very much appreciated.
