Jude,nnWas very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's as almost if I were having a conversation with an old friend.nnThis was my first experience renting a storage facility and I really did not know what to expect. Jude's friendliness and knowledge to point things out and ask my needs of what I would place in storage was very helpful in selecting the size and whether or not I would need a climate control unit.nnI most certainly would recommend my friends, family, or anyone that lives in the area of Storage Sense in Wayne, Michigan to stop by and visit Jude. My experience with storage sense has been wonderful. Its everything i was looking for to store my things. It was clean, dry, and climate controlled with ample room. Management was professional and kind. She answered all of my questions too. I felt like my belongings were very secure with a key code to pass the gate as well as to enter the building and a special lock on top of that. This location was nice. Plus i could make online payments as well. First storage for a few months- simple to use. It was great! Thank you ud83dude0a
Had great conversation with store manager Jude. She exuded great energy! The storage units I were shown looked well maintained. I feel at ease with my purchase.
This is the BEST place hands down. I went to this location and was met by Jude who was so warm and welcoming and answered all my questions regarding a unit. She was so informative and even took me on a mini tour of the facility. I felt like a celebrity if only for the short time I was there. So if you ever need an affordable unit please come here and ask for Jude. She is INCREDIBLE and will take great care of you amd your storage needs!
Jude is always sning and friendly and has excellent customer service. The switch to a bigger unit was smooth n easy. I've always loved the service I receive from storage sense.nThey are always clean and even if not available to answer phone if left a message I always get a call back or email back if I email.
