Clean and friendly. Had my drug test done in less than 30 minutes.

Very prompt service, with clear, concise instructions.nFigured I'd have a long wait, given the number of people in the waiting room (including the social distancing measures), and one young female patient who was asleep when I walked in.nHowever, after filling out a ton of inevitable paperwork, I was called up pretty quickly, and the entire physical exam was concluded within 10-15 minutes; total time being about 35-40 minutes.nEven the sleeping woman wasn't waiting long; she was called up shortly before I was to go in.

It was mainly the history part that really got me. They asked me about my previous employment which is none of their business. And if your going for a physical DO NOT drink any coffee or energy drinks. And definitely eat before going in! I'd love to say mrs. Gayle and Linda are angels and I absolutely loved them! They are the reason I'm giving 4 stars!!

I had to go to Concentra for a pre-employment test. The waiting room was full, they were very busy. Everyone was so polite. Did not have to wait long at all. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

Went in for a drug testing for my new job. Wait was not long at all, about an hour for me. Everything thing went smoothly until I looked at the paper the nurse gave me and it had a different name on it. Which lead me having to go back in and watching the guy change on the containers and put the right name! I glad it went smoothly, but that’s very concerning as a patient and for others as well.
