Athletico Physical Therapy - Westland

I am so happy I picked this location! The staff here is absolutely amazing and super friendly. They keep everything so clean. Jen and Ben are incredible at what they do and have helped me make major strides towards my recovery! 100% recommend

Jen and her staff is amazing. They have help me twice with my injury. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They also work around my work schedule and answer any questions that I have. Keep up with the good customer service and friendly atmosphere.

This review is long over due...I had shoulder surgery a little over a year ago, in my search for a physical therapist, I had decided to go with Athletico. This facility is very open and clean.nBen is the therapist who had worked with me a majority of the time. Ben is very knowledgeable and did a great job with rehabilitating my arm. Ben had followed up with me to see if everything was going well a few months after I finished therapy. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.nOverall, I have no complaints about my time at Athletico.

I am so happy I went to Athletico Physical Therapy in Westland, MI after my knee replacement surgery. Judy who works the front desk was the first person I spoke to on the phone when I called about how to go about scheduling and setting up PT with them and she was so helpful. I didn't know if my insurance would cover the cost at this facility and Judy offered to look it up for me. That's great customer service. On my first day, I met the best therapists! I was greeted at the door (as I was by all that worked there every time I stepped in the building) and I was introduced to Jennifer, my physical therapist!! Jennifer is awesome. She exemplifies all the qualities that makes up a successful physical therapist: She’s extremely knowledgeable, she’s patient, she’s positive by knowing how to redirect the negative and focus on what action plan works best for the patient, she’s realistic, caring, well organized, supportive and compassionate, accountable and displays transparent communication! I can’t say enough about her. Ben, another therapist there who worked with me for a full session only once, is awesome. He’s so compassionate. I always observed how he was with his patients and he treated every single person the same…with kindness. Last, they have a therapist assistant, Sage. Sage is there to help whenever the therapist needs an extra hand. He welcomes everyone that walks through their doors. And lastly, with the Covid-19 pandemic, I’ve never seen any place keep everything cleaned. Every equipment, tool, etc., is disinfected after each use. The 5 weeks I was there, I never saw them miss disinfecting. Clean!!!! I would recommend Athletico Physical Therapy in Westland to ANYONE who needs physical therapy.

Ben, Jen, and Sage are great to work with and you always have fun while you work to feel better!!
