Oakwood Pharmacy

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life! The pharmacist for some reason feels it’s acceptable to be condescending and dismissive. Not only was she unprofessional she has attempted to place blame on me for HER mistake. I would like to see if she has made notes on my account and speak to someone about her behavior. For whatever the reason she also feels it’s appropriate to tell ME what medications I need and stated she has had two refills for a month now. She called me twice at home and told me to send someone to pick up the scripts, and that I have caused problems with the insurance. (News to me AND them)nToday was the last straw when I called for refills and once again she told me that I have two scripts sitting there. I DID NOT call any refills in for that medicine. I ask her to please read off my refills. She said “I have them just make sure you pick them up if you’re going to keep using the pharmacy or fund one closer to your home. AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back and she said “I thought you were done!”nNo, I wasn’t done and then she was EXTREMELY short with me. When it was Oakwood - the staff were all exceptional! Since Beaumont took over its only getting worse. They need to get it together before something horrible happens to a patient with their medication. 9 years I have used this pharmacy and my Dr is in the same building and I have regular spots every three months. It’s really disappointing that not only will I discontinue using this pharmacy but I will be no longer seeing my Primary Physician either. My insurance company suggested I look outside oh Beaumont period! It’s a shame when you can’t trust the person managing your medication when my life depends on it.
