Let me start by saying the manager is amazing Luke he listens and communicates really well with my concerns. He is so kind and he understands everything! I wish I came here earlier compared to the one in Troy! Completely different atmosphere! The doctor was wonderful and honest! I also love Bridgette this is my first time coming and she give me my appointments the way I wanted and if I couldn’t make it she was give me a time that I can which I loved! I highly recommend this place for all animals. My Louisa is so happy and that makes me happy ! I will forever go there !
Dr. Walling is amazing. :) Hard to find truly good vets anymore, but he's done wonders to help me with my animals. He takes the time to answer my questions, doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting his time and doesn't make me feel rushed when wanting more information about stuff... that's a rarity in vets, in my experience.
The manager, Luke, Technician, Stacey and Dr. Wright were fantastic today. Our baby kitten had trouble with her surgical site. We called and they said come right to their hospital. They were very efficient and did an awesome job. We feel very confident in the care they provided for our kitten!! Wonderful providers and people!! Thank you so very much!!
Had to have my beloved older dog euthanized...I couldn't have asked for more compassion.
Like the staff a lot, very nice and helpful! They took very good care of our little Simba, called to check on him frequently. Thank you!
