Food ok. Just Soo greasy
We had placed an order...usually we would do a carryout from any business, but this one time we ordered delivery. It was suposed to be delivered in 40 minutes...over an hour and 15 minutes later the driver and a friend I guess pulled up...35 minutes + late? They didn't say much at all, not very friendly, I tipped them and they left. The pizza was very, very cold and so was the box. Toppings and cheese were sparse. It was delivered by grub hub? I didn't order through grub hub...but that is ok. We had waited almost twice as long for the delivery and recieved 2 fridge temp pizzas...and it wasn't cheap by the way. If we decide to ever order from here again, we will definately do a carryout.
Order a pizza, which was improperly made today. I called in and spoke with a man name Eric, who stated he was the manager. I told Eric, the pizza was made improperly, he told me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. I asked if they could start making it and we could swap pizzas when I get there. He stated I would have to come in for him to take a look at it and then hung up. I called back and spoke with a lady, who passed the phone back to Eric. Eric stated he was busy, he changed his mind, he would no longer remake the pizza nor refund me and hung up. Terrible service. Way to be a Grinch, Eric!
