My husband and I came in to rent a unit and we dealt with Carly. She was pleasant, helpful, friendly and we really enjoyed chatting with her during the rental process. Unit was clean, as was the rest of the Climate Controlled building, which I really appreciated. Use of carts is definitely a plus! The keypad at both doors of the climate controlled building adds extra security and makes us feel safer. Would definitely recommend!
Ron is very nice and friendly! He made sure that when I was vacating one of my units that I knew what I needed to do to make absolutely sure I wouldn’t get charged for another month. The team has been great with communication as well.
