My daughter wanted to buy a pair of glasses, so she goes threw all of them finds the perfect pair! Price tag was $12.99 they rang up as $14.99 so she ended up paying $16.08 for some kid sunglasses! The girl said she couldn’t fix it and because my young daughter wanted them, I still allowed her to buy them, but I was very upset about this, I feel like they might do this, because they know kids are shopping here, and won’t care if it’s $2 or $3 more! But I care! I think this is a scam! Why couldn’t this be fixed right then! We will not shop there anymore!

Poorly managed. Apparently they can leave whenever and have a handwritten sign saying that they’ll be back in 30-60. What? Are you open or not? No lunch coverage? Get new management

We took our daughter in to get her ears pierced last night. Best experience we have had with any of our 3 girls. Brooke was amazing. She kept our girl calm, and had both earrings in her ears in 30 seconds! I have a happy 3 year old!

The Manager was so unfriendly to my 4 year old that was getting her ears pierced. She did not make this a fun experience what so ever for my daughter. She was short with her and when she was done, she didn’t even give her a mirror to check her new earrings out. She had a serious attitude problem!
