So professional, excellent communicators. We use this compounding pharmacy for a number of clients who need individual numbing creams prior to laser facial treatments, clients are happy - we are happy! Local and friendly. Big fan.

Excellent customer service. Fed-ex destroyed my meds that were sent to me. CreamsNCaps sent me out new meds asap. They are also handling FedEx so i dont have to. Thank you, you are the best!

I could not be less pleased with this company.nnAlthough my order was fully paid for last week, it has yet to be shipped. I received no phone call advising me that there would be a delay in shipping the medications I need.nnWhen I called to inquire about the order, it was met with absolute disregard, disrespect, and lack of professionalism and understanding.nnWhen I asked for a itemized paid bill to submit to my flex spending account, I received a generic paid receipt that did not even have the company name on it to show it was for pharmaceuticals.nnIf this is what the customer service aspect of this company is like, I must say it is difficult for me to trust the integrity of the pharmaceutical aspect of this company.nnI will never do business with this company again.
