Very bad. 5/14/20 about 3.34pm. Woman with short two tone brown/lite brown hair and glasses. Med build about 5'6. Name tag backwards where you can't see her name. Very rude. Asked me my birth date 4 times in a very few minutes. Giving me a hard time about my script. Not sure what was wrong with her. But she definitely got issues. Or maybe to close to those scripts. I've now transferred my scripts to a different pharmacy unfortunately. Because I did like shopping there while waiting for my scripts.

A mess. First off they are inconsistent with their policies. Told when called to see if a new RX was ready that it had been filled and unfilled twice, but they weren't allowed to call me about it until I signed something. Yet they called me about 2-3 days later (when I had not been up to the store to sign anything) to tell me it was ready yet again. So...are you allowed to call me or not?!nnI actually thought things were improving when I did go up to get my RX and the pharmacist or tech (sorry I don't know whose who) informed me it was cheaper OTC and told me the RX price when asked. So I found the OTC one and told him (yes the same person) that I had done so and would not be taking the RX.nnFor some reason while I was away from home that week they called my house (or it was a robo call rather) saying the same RX was still ready. A well meaning family member picked it up and paid themselves. So, not only did the store make double money off my RX, they gave my PERSONAL, PRIVATE RX to someone WITHOUT MY CONSENT. As far as I am concerned this is a violation of my constitutional right to privacy as well as HIPPA. Will never use again.nn(Same family member has also had issues with them saying RX's are ready but upon getting there were not or only partially so. )

Very nice and caring pharmacist. They helped me workout some differences with my insurance; Making it possible for the medication to be converted completely.
