I notice the last few times I've spent money here, the cashier doesn't let you use your digital coupons...I wonder why. I will be contacting Corporate.
Very bad attitude In the pharmacy. I'm sad to see this after 35 years of loyalty as a customer.
Absolutely worthless pharmacy, I was told 20 minutes for a perception, 2.5hrs later they didn’t even have it pulled in order to fill it. I had to get my perception back and go elsewhere because the didn’t have a time frame to finish it.
Hey there. Me and another customer noticed that your Pharmacy staff is greatly reduced in size. There was only one Tech and one Pharmacist on duty. The lady said she had never waited so long for her script. The tech was working both the drive thru and the counter. I had been talking to the Pharmacist and he hadn’t been able to eat or leave his area since 8am. Both employees continued to work very hard making sure the job got done. The Manager was called by the lady next to me and referred her to the corporate line to call which she plans to do. It seemed very much that her hands were tied by Corporates decision to reduce staff. This is having a Major impact on this store. Praise your staff for being so strong and weathering it, but if I was a employee I’d leave fast. They deserve to be treated better. MI State laws dictate Minimums for break time and this is being violated. Let the poor man eat. It’s incredible.
Horrible experience! Literally horrible called yesterday to make sure my phones were ready. Today I’m waiting 20 min for them to put the magnets together I ordered I guess ?? It’s not fun with a two year old and now late to my dads birthday party. Never coming here again honestly
