Recently moved into the area and love Jimmy Johns. Ordered from this location at least 10+ times. Long delivery waits, always ask for it cut in half and never happens, extra peppers mean maybe 2 more peppers. Ordered it again today and that was the last time. My sub is dry and of course not cut in half. Time to start going to a different location.
Jimmy John's. What more is there to say. Freaky fast, pretty cheap, and excellent customer service. One of my favorite on the go places to eat.
I wish I knew they had a drive thru before doing pickup because as I was waiting I could see they take alll those orders first which I get cus drive thru is known to be fast. That’s on me for not knowing though! Definitely going that route next time aha regardless they have great food and they never mess my order up and that’s all that matters!
Definitely regret ordering from this location. It is my first and last time. Freaking awful. So slow. I order a pick up thinking great dinner for everyone grab on the way home. Not I came home to go get food for my kids elsewhere because I realized that my children would go to bed hungry waiting on this place. Never again. I used to work at Jimmy John's in high school... nothing like it is now.
Staff is inconsiderate. Not willing to correct a sub that what made wrong, or refund the money. Completely messed up my order and did not care and refused to give me another sub made correctly for free. As someone who works for jimmy johns I’m very disappointed in the way the manger handled this. Would not recommend going here
