Got all items on my list. Not sure about prices. May be cheaper at other stores. Was able to get in and out quickly. Neat place, narrow aisles.
Super clean and organized at this Big Lots ! I was very impressed that whoever's manager of this store, loves their job. All 3 of the cashiers were very friendly as well, which makes for a nice shopping experience. I will be returning to Livonia location even though, I have a Big Lots .2 miles from my house...
I ordered a bed Saturday and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day between 11 and 1pm. Sunday comes and I receive a call from delivery/pick up saying they are behind and that they can deliver the bed on Tuesday between 10am and 1pm. Okay, fine. Tuesday comes and it is now 3:00. I haven't heard from anyone. I get a call at 3:30pm saying that we don't have enough drivers so your bed will have to be delivered on the 30th....And my bed is still at the store, it hasnt even been picked up yet! Another 5 days?? I spoke with Mike, the store manager and he did absolutely everything that he could to resolve this problem. (It wasn't his fault, he has nothing to do with deliveries!) Mike actually loaded my bed into his truck and delivered it to my house personally! He went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!nThank you Mike!
It's ok I like big lots if I'm looking for something in particular. I just went in with my niece this day. I wasn't shopping. But nice place
