This is the second purchase I have made from American Freight in Livonia and I am extremely happy. The sales representative Tony is always very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will definitely recommend coming to this store as opposed to any other in the area and I live 45 minutes away. Worth it!
The customer service here is great. I called for some help about buying an oven listed on their website as having a cosmetic defect. Chad, in the Livonia, MI store, answered the phone and offered to help me. I asked if he could go and look at it to tell me what the defect was. He took down my number, went and found the item, and then called me back to reassure me that it was in really great condition. He then texted me pictures of it! It was the best customer service I have had in a long time. He even said he would make sure that it was packed up really well for mailing. What a great guy. I wouldn't have bought that oven if he hadn't helped me and reassured me. Now I am a happy customer and would refer this place to a friend.
