Terrible watch what they ring up the owner likes to charge for extra things while hes on his phone! That's so annoying you own a business and you think it's ok to talk on your phone while helping a customer. I'll be back in there today to get my money!

Had a horrible experience.The owner is a real sleazeball.He kept hitting on me and ogling me.It was very creepy being late evening so I left soon as I could and drove away real fast.Will never go back and I'm going to tell all my friends too to avoid the store like a plague ESPECIALLY when the owner is there.

Very rude people . One employee yelled at me because I tried to use the Slurpee machine and I didn't notice the red light was on indicaticating it wasn't ready to use. Then tells me to put the litter on when I used the other machine.He said it twice in a rude matter and ment to say lid not litter. I misunderstood the amount when I payed the cashier because he didn't pronounce the amount properly. Please learn to speak proper English if you own or work in a customer service job and learn to be courteous!

Always pleasant, very helpful Never have an issue at this store. My 7-11 of choice in Livonia.
