Good carwash and nice people

They did a decent job, but I noticed that my windshield was not all the way wiped off on my pick up truck.

From bad to worse… CUSTOMERS BEWARE, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE/No response from business owner - Seldom ever write a review about my experience but this one still has me baffled. Loyal customer frequents car wash and was told not to come back. Perhaps I’m mistaken, but doesn't a customer have the right to choose the level of service and detail of a car wash? Not so at this establishment, always pressured to spend more money than the $3.50 basic wash. When I politely decline, workers appear very dissatisfied and the attitude is like they’re now doing you a favor to wash your car. This was never more apparent than with my last visit. Yes, basic $3.50 wash…the car wash attendant (a real mental magician-like that of diminishing capacity) gets frustrated with me, calls me out about my spending habits and then RUDELY tells me not to come back. Who does that, especially in this economy? Business owner, be thankful for EVERY DOLLAR and customer that you can get. My reply is as always, sell me something I need, not what you WANT ME TO BUY. Form an alliance with a non-competitive business that you can share customers and offer discounts on windshield repairs, tune-ups or break jobs, I’d be happy to frequent and be very open to upsell if it got me closer to that!!! Instead, you try to force me to spend money on my wheels for my hub-capped 1999 used Toyota. Sorry business owner you do have to employ more than one tactic to satisfy, maintain and/or grow your business. Taking the advice of Greystone, (the car wash Tarzan) and will choose not to return… I’m DONE!!!!
