Jason is personable and friendly and full of great advice. He takes what you need and mixes it with his experience and gets things done efficiently while making you laugh! I went to him for help with a divorce and I left feeling empowered and like a weight was lifted. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family lawyer.

At a very difficult time in my life Jason provided the very necessary help I needed. I was treated very well. I was referred to Mr. Barnes's office to assist with getting a retirement from my divorce put in my name. He and his staff were very efficient, personal and more than qualified. My husband and I have done 6 adoptions starting in 2013-2019 with Jason Barnes. He has been extremely supportive and becomes very invested in making sure the process is stress free. We have completed step parent adoptions, foster care adoptions, new baby adoption and adult adoptions (foster children who age-out of the foster care system) . Jason has a lot of knowledge and expedites these procedures with care, love and trust. He doesn’t just represent you in the adoption process he becomes part of your family support. His guidance and attention to detail and his transparency in his communication makes you feel safe and supported in such and emotional but exciting experience.

Just as of yesterday I was approved for my adoption of my baby boy! Jason and Jaymee were literally amazing. Going into this process was a little scary, just the unknown of everything. They both made everything so easy and were beyond helpful. I would email or call and they were always there to answer any and all questions I had. Jason gave me his private cell number so I could reach him day or night with any questions and or concerns I had. They explain everything perfectly and in terms you would understand. They made the process even more amazing and I didn’t think that was possible. If your looking into adopting I would hands down recommend this law office. Thank you so much Jason and Jaymee for everything!!!!
