I challenge anyone to call the 1.800 number and talk to a person. My entire day was spent getting disconnected. I have to finish my checks then I'm gone. When I need to talk to someone and all you can find on line is a 1.800 number that disconnects you after a 40 minute hold time thats a problem. I actually drove to bank and asked for their branch number and was given a card and email that was going to help me.nSite was down lol, u can't make this up folks
TCF closed the branch near my home so I have to drive to this one.nATM seems to always be down. I am not happy when I have to take a 20 min drive to ATM and then its down. TCF needs to make other ATMs available without extra fees and services. I hate to leave after 10 years but if I have to I will close account and change banks.
This bank is good. It is tricky getting in and out of because of traffic on Plymouth Rd
Vicky was extremely helpful in taking care of our issue. When we were in a rush due to other peoples' mistakes, she spent more time than I'd care to admit, filling out paperwork and calling other branches to authorize things when the local person wasn't available.
Awful bank. Nice people, but terrible hours and ATM. Almost impossible to access the drive through ATM via a car, and they keep changing their hours which don't match what the site says. They apparently close at 5 every day except Friday which is awful, I can only ever make it their Friday. Plus, they stopped being open Sunday.nnPass on TCF. App sucks too.
