All the people on the branch was really nice and helpfull
Viviane was very helpful. I enjoyed my experience at Flagstar.
Customer service is atrocious, employees have no empathy and are extremely unsympathetic to any circumstances. Employees do not give very much effort on making sure the customer is taken care of and are not helpful when taking care of problems that arise.
Please please please do not get a Mortgage here. You might get burned like we did. See my review at the corporate location. Worst bank I've dealt with and they don't ALLOw you to talk to the President. They made a miscalculation on my Mortgage now I owe $4500 for escrow shortage! Save yourself grief, sadness and severe frustration and a law suit! This bank does not care about u!
