Awful service. 1st desk worker acted like I was an inconvenience to her day even huffed then told me to go to teller window. Which I did not want this discussion at a window. 2nd young lady was able to assist me after telling 4x that she had an appointment. Made me feel like I couldn't even sit so I stood in her office area. Then she said oh I can't help you have to call the 1800 number. Why is there a branch if not to be able to assist me and do research for me. This was not a 5$ check but an over 10k check even if it was a small amount my concern was valid. Honestly this may have my close my account with them I have had for almost 10 years.

Lisa is the BEST BofA Manager I've ever met! I was expecting to argue my case for a fee dispute, but Lisa was so nice and attentive when I arrived that she pit me at ease. She fixed my problem easily and quickly. This branch isn't the one closest to me, but it's the only branch I'll go inside of. I only gave it 4 stars because I had an issue with the ATM, which is what Lisa fixed for me

There’s always this lady that must have an issue with me because whenever I walk in she gives a heave sigh and says what do you need today. I have even tried to make a joke out it and say I need my car to be fixed today but she was still not having it. She can never do any thing I need some right and when I leave she always says have a nice life. Kinda creepy/ weird. And then of course the next person that walks up to her is always her best friend.ud83dude44ud83dude44

Promptly tells you (on your second visit) that you will have to wait for 10 days to access your own account.... Maybe.nnApparently fund transfers are conducted by carrier pigeon, semaphore, and hand-written IOUs today. I have had an account with BoA now since 1995--and for the life of me I am not exactly sure why, except that extracting myself and my money without incurring fees is a bit of a hassle--like extracting one's self from a real, Amazonian boa. In the past, the company has tried to charge for just having a checking account. Today, they seem to charge nickle and dime fees for everything else including breathing on your own money the wrong way. So now I am looking for a better banking option, and will have plenty of time to do it thanks to the processing delay. It will keep my mind off of all the time, and gas I've wasted.
