My previous Trust was 20 years old and I wanted to throw it away and start again. Scott had a much better idea and said I could get a whole new Trust called a Restated Trust (which he did for me) but we could transfer over all the previous deeded items to the Restated Trust saving time and money! Loved that idea and it's great!

Scott was absolutely fantastic to work with!
