If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Justin and his team (Lucius, Morgan, Hannah) are amazing! Justin helped my family upgrade our 6 phones and treated us so kindly. Lucius helped us transfer over all the data from our old phones (we are not tech savvy) and we appreciate all the help they gave us. They were so patient with us - answering all our questions and showing us the ins and outs of the new phones. I had a little trouble getting my rebate from T-Mobile corporate, and Justin said he would take care of it for me. He is a man of his word. He got me the rebate and I am so thankful he was able to intercede on my behalf. I have told many of my friends about this store and the staff there. I highly recommend this Flat Rock T-Mobile store because of the knowledgable, friendly, and caring staff.

Thank you Morgan and Lucius for all your help in adding a new line. You both went above and beyond on this visit and our prior visit when ordering new phones. We have never been disappointed at the service offered here.

T-mobile in Flat Rock is beyond the worst place to go for phones. They lie to you! They add things to your account for their bonus and you get screwed. NOT ONE THING THEY TELL YOU IS TRUE. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! The Manger Justin put things on my account that I didn't know about and they only went back 90 days instead of the 16 months it was on my account. Also went in to speak to him the other day and he was running around returning a laptop rather than at work. I did my running around and came back and he was still gone. DO NOT TRUST THEM GO TO ANOTHER STORE! BUT I SUGGEST VERIZON OVER T- MOBILE ANY DAY!

Justin and Morgan rock! They went above and beyond to facilitate my father getting into new service and conversion from a competitor. This was handled by actually visiting the care facility where my father is currently undergoing treatment. 5 stars was only given because the option to give 10 was not available.nnHighly recommend Flat Rock T-Mobile. Come see Justin and Morgan!

Switched carriers about a year ago. I've had some issues here and there but each time the manager Justin has personally reached out to me to make sure it was fixed and that I was still satisfied with my service.
