Today was our first visit at Cortland Dental and it was a great experience. My nine year old niece was nervous and the friendly staff made her feel so comfortable. She is no longer scared of going to the Dentist. We are looking forward to the next appointment. Thank you

I have been taking my son to the Brockton location for a few years now but I am so fed up. I am currently in the process of looking for a new dentist. Every time we come here we end up spending more time waiting than actually being treated. I usually arrive a few mins early for my appointment, wait for a long time in the waiting area always over a half hour after my appointment time. Then the assistant will finally take him to the back to be seen, then it’s some more waiting at that point to be treated. I seriously think these people are understaffed or overbook. They can’t keep up with their patients. I had to request for them to take x-rays or else they wouldn’t have done it at all. And to top it off last time the dental hygienist was so busy she had the dental assistant do my son’s entire cleaning instead of her. The dentist made me feel rushed when I asked questions. The office hardly answers the phone and not once returned my calls after leaving messages. I will still give 2 stars because they did find and make a plan to treat my son’s cavities on a previous visit and also did a good job when he needed an extraction due to trauma to that tooth but I think I just got lucky with a good dentist that day.

staff is nice, not sure about the quality of the braces though... my daughters braces/brackets/wires have fallen off more than a handful of times! can't understand why when she's not eating anything she's not supposed to and on a few of those occasions it was immediately following the dental procedure!!

Very very disappointed. I have not been treated with so much indignity. Office staff is in over abundance. I have Been an RN. For 38 years. Irrcently spent 3 hours with a visit to see Dr Patty who hardly arrived at my mouth. DR Tram had a different treatment plan. After my bonding fell off I went back today. Dr Tram says o what did Dr Patty say that is your treatment plan. One of the Dental assistants was actually standing over me coaxing me to sign the plan. I will find out her title. Disgusting. Will call MassHealth tomorrow to file a complaint. I am 67 years old and was currently diagnosed with a blood disease. Maybe they should learn how to treat seniors and go back to Smiles for children. Poor care. .Too many people sitting at the desk. I wish I had my altus Dental back. I will pursue this further.
