We had Dan do some estate work for us before leaving on a trip a few years ago and were impressed by how seamless the process was. Dan sent us (via email) some topics to discuss and items to decide on after we'd talked about initial items we wanted in our plan. He then drafted our docs for review (again via email) and then we met and finalized everything. From start to finish it was efficient and thorough. We wouldn't change anything about our plan, and really appreciated how easy the process was. I'd recommend Dan and Amicus to anyone looking for an estate plan, especially in COVID-19 times.

As has been stated elsewhere; there's no such thing as too much information when it comes to client work. That's true in any business. But it is the most important mark to have next to confidentiality in the vote of confidence one gives to another for the handling of such matters big or small any law firm may provide. My experience with Amicus was over the execution of an existing estate plan. Communication means everything. I felt Greg was at my service the same as if I was a client over a much larger issue. The other members of the team were just as timely in their follow through in any hour of absence by Greg. Attentiveness to and communication with any one person's future encounter with someone in law should be their first priority and it is a priority here.

We really like working with Greg Maxwell. He created a family trust, a will for both me and my wife, a living will, durable power of attorney, and a advanced health care directive. Obtaining these documents has been on my to-do list for years, and with Greg's help we finally have them. It was easy to clarify questions with him in our initial meeting and then via text. I would not hesitate to call him again to resolve any future estate questions or problems. It also gives me great peace of mind to have these documents prepared and available.

We had a great experience with Gregg and Amicus Law Firm as they helped us put together our family trust. They were very personal and professional. We were able to get all our questions answered along with very professional recommendations as they put the trust together. Greg and staff were such a pleasure to work with. They took the time to listen and implement our changes so the desired outcome was just what we were looking for in a family trust!! Honest and up front too!! Highly recommend Amicus law firm!!
