Absolutely horrible experience.....had the pleasure (NOT) of dropping off my RX with a short dark haired girl named Michelle. Instead of wasting the time telling you how exceptionally terrible her customer service skills are, im just going to warn you all that if she is the one taking your script at the drop off window......go to CVS!nIts my own fault for not reading the reviews before going in. I guess I never really thought a Meijer pharmacy worker would treat customers so bad and have such a terrible attitude.nThanks Michelle!!

Always a delay in getting my prescription. 1 day before my prescription expired they delayed filling and then said prescription is expired. No sorry or rush to get prescription updated from doctors office. I keep telling myself leave and this time I am going to.

I’ve been filling my script here for over a year and 90% of the time it’s an unpleasant experience. I work an hour away and drop my script off the day prior to pickup to avoid the wait. When picking up my script this morning I was told that NO pharmacy will fill my script in 30 minutes and that I have 180 scripts ahead of me. I gave myself 30 minutes wait time and an hour and a half from open relying on the pharmacist yesterday who told me that before 9am my script would be filled. It’s not the end of the world for me but the way they handle situations is argumentative and unorganized. They lack communication and if you ask questions they almost seem uncomfortable. If you are prescribed a controlled substance they WILL hold you accountable. There generics are the cheapest in the market for all medications and if you have the opportunity to fill with another pharmacy, I suggest that you do.

I’m probably switching to Kroger or CVS. To many times having my prescription sent over the night before or early AM and when I pick up after work, still not ready or has to be ordered for the next day. Come on, ear drops for a double ear infection and I have to wait 24 hours longer in severe pain?
