It was my first time blueberry picking and it was a very enjoyable experience. There were so many plants to choose from. I would highly recommend getting the blueberry lavender ice cream on your way out.
They have several varieties to choose from. I have my favorite, but I'm not telling. The grounds and blueberry bushes are well maintained. Blueberries and tomatoes are two things I never buy in a grocery store. I grow my own tomatoes and I pick a year's worth of blueberries at Russell's.
Veteran owned and operated. We had a great time picking blueberries. Family friendly. Huge variety of blueberries, with different levels of sweetness. The staff was super friendly. They are doing their best to keep up with COVID restrictions with bucket liners. Overall a great experience.
Great experience from the start! We were warmly greeted as we walked in. Everything was clean and sanitary, with face masks required, distances clearly marked, and hand sanitizing stations available. The blueberry bushes were so full of delicious blueberries! We will definitely be making this a yearly tradition!
