We are very happy with the pleasant professionalism of everyone we dealt with at Tandem Electric, from the office staff to installers to the owner, Travis. Our panel was replaced with all new service to accommodate a new hot tub, and when they were forced to reschedule with us, TWICE, for the hookup of our hot tub, (due to an installer being out sick) Travis came and completed that part of the project, personally, and was so nice!! We plan on having Tandem complete some other electrical projects for us in the near future. Awesome Company!!

We leveraged Tandem Electric for our Hot Tub during the summer and decided to update our wiring on the house and garage because we felt comfortable with the Tandem team's professionalism and honesty. The Tandem Electric team is kind, helpful and efficient. They installed our hot tub in Spring Lake (220V). When we ran into delays, they worked with us and was always responsive. I will hire them again. We also decided to do more work because they made it easy to upgrade and showed us efficiencies we could gain keeping the house safe with grounding and a new panel. Great organization.

Travis was very helpful with getting me a short noticed quote and honoring his prices. The service was friendly and the electricity was upgraded exactly how it was explained. Travis was very helpful, responsive and professional. I appreciate the work and feel much safer with the upgraded electricity! Thanks again for everything.
