Always kind and friendly to me always answers any questions I might have and helps me to the best of their ability as far as some people say about doctor approving prescriptions That's not on there and there is nothing that they can do about that's on your doctor other than that I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and never had a problem

Extremely poor service. I’ve come on several occasions to pick up prescriptions that were supposedly ready for pick up for me to get to Kroger and them not be ready. I acknowledge the person at the window assisting me and they tell me that they didn’t see the prescriptions and I have to wait 45 minutes for it to be filled. If I had a closer option I would be switching pharmacies in a heartbeat.

I have been using this pharmacy for 7 years now and have loved every experience. They have worked with me through tri-care, HMO insurances and everything in between. Some of the long time staff knows me and my family now and asks how the kids are doing and is always kind and caring. I have never had an issue with timeliness, professionalism or getting the prescription that I need. I treat them with respect and kindness and they happily return the favor!

This pharmacy is garbage. This is only my second time coming here and I’ll never come here again. I dropped my prescription off at 3 and the pharmacist said it’ll be done in an hour so I get back at 4:10 or so and they tell me “we didn’t fill it because we need authorization from your doctor” I was like why do you need authorization when I told you I was paying cash? So they were like oh well you’re going to have another hour wait. So I had to wait 2 hours for my prescription with my two toddlers in a hot car with no AC. WHAT A NIGHTMARE
