The older lady at the counter near door very nasty, the lady not in line, she trying to figure out what she wants, so when I walked up she said I have a customer, so I left and went to another store, as a median, I saw right through her when you dont like dealing with the public dont do this kind of job, because anytime something happens like this I speak up, will not come back even if I need prescriptions just awful.

I was literally on hold with them for over twenty minutes. I wanted to call to see if my Rx was ready before bothering to drive there. But it took so long I drove there while waiting on hold and was STILL on hold by the time I reached the counter. Not one employee was on the phone. Only one customer was waiting. When I expressed my frustration not only did I not receive an explanation--I was irritatingly brushed off. And my refill was still not ready.nnI get things get backed up and busy. Truly an apology and an explanation would have been enough. Between this and a good handful of horrendous experiences with this location, I think it's time to switch.nnAt this point I'd feel more comfortable getting my meds from the back of a van...
