My 13yr old dog loves this place! She's been going for a month and a half now and just after the first visit she was already at least 30% better!nEmployees are thorough and communicate well with me.nExcellent!!!
This is a wonderful facility. They take excellent care of our dog. He is a recent tripawd. We received a very thorough report from Dr. Kern after his initial evaluation. They work with him on stretching, strengthening, and massage. They offer acupuncture which has helps with his arthritis. They also offered us a cart rental which I had not considered prior to their suggestion, but will be a great tool for us.nnGiven the current pandemic, they have put a lot of effort into helping clients learn and continue care at home. I can't recommend this facility enough. Thank you for helping Ranger live his best life, Pawsitive Steps!
Brought my dog here to be evaluated for intermittent lameness.nThey were still doing curbside service due to covid, so I had to let my pup go in without me...nMore trauma for me than my pup..but They arranged for a zoom meeting for me so I was able to see the entire exam with Dr Kern as it was being done.nI was able to ask questions and get answers as the exam was going on.nEveryone was so helpful & kind...and Lucy loved all the attention she got along with the cheese!nI can't say enuf good things about this staff!
I have never been to anything like this so honestly did not know what to expect. My dog Ziggy has been experiencing some pain and our vet recommended we take him here. I was absolutely thrilled with the level of knowledge and compassion everyone showed both me and my dog. It is clear they really love their patients!
Had a great experience with our dogs physical therapy after he sustained injuries related to an auto accident. Thankfully he was crated and his injuries weren't more severe. Really appreciated the variety of treatment modalities offered at this facility.
