Dr. Totin and staff are absolutely AMAZING! I am so very grateful for the thorough care our fur baby has received. Professional, polite, thorough...I honestly could go on and on. If you are looking for veterinary services, or need a second opinion like we did, don't hesitate to call. I'm so glad we did and will definitely be long time client's.
Other than my poor beagle needing so much care, which is costly, the trips to this veterinary hospital would almost be a joy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors are that twofold!. I feel confident with these doctors, much more than others I've used in the past. Its just like taking any of my other kids to the doctor on a strict income and no insurance. You love them enough that you know you have to take them to the doctor so they are more comfortable and happy.
The pet docs here are always keeping your fury loved ones best interest as the top priority. My pup suffers from some recurring issues and they quickly moved to help him be more comfortable while we wait to see a specialist.
We absolutely love this vet. Dr. Hicks is amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients, the pets and the humans!
