Great people, great place. Very obvious that they really care. They were very respectful to our family and our pet. Highly recommend anyone serious about taking care of their pets to take them here. I had been taking my cats to this vet since we got them. My cat has a UTI and I asked they prescribe medication so I could get it delivered to our house because everyone is sick and I have a newborn. They refused very rudely and said my cat had to be seen to be treated but they don’t have appointments until June. She recommended I go to an emergency vet which I already explained financially was not an option for us. I think we’ll be looking elsewhere for vet services now since they’d rather my cat suffer so they can get paid.

Caring loving people, last year I had to say good bye to my best friends the respect shown for my relationship and lose. Allowing and almost endless amount if time just to say goodbye. Truly the best. Thank you all

There were six hens for adoption on their website so we called to ask the adoption process and were told that if we wanted to adopt the hens we would come to their location, fill out the form, then take the hens home. We were told they wouldn’t do holds so we called two days later before we left our house to let them know we were interested in the hens but were driving from 2 hours away and wanted to make sure they were still available and were told that they were. We made the 2 hour journey and when we got there we were told the hens already had an interested adopter and were being held for them. We asked about why that would be since the website said no holds/first come first served and we were there at the moment to bring them home with us. The woman continued to say that chicken adoptions are different and that they couldn’t let us adopt them because they were on hold for a potential adopter. We are pretty upset that we were told they were available and drove the 2 hours (4 hours round trip) for nothing. This seems very unprofessional. Will not be dealing with humane society again.
