Arrived at the Property, Michael was there waiting I had spoken to him earlier that morning. Michael was very professional and nice. Michael went over the contract to my understanding. Michael also went up to the unit to assist and to secure any other questions that I may have had. It was a great experience. Michael is a great person as the Manager. Michael, KEEP UP TE GOOD WORK!
Michael was so helpful and cheerful omg! Best customer service I ever experienced from the time I walk in help had a smile on his face! He made this process so much easier than I thought he was very helpful and explained everything to me. Even offered me boxes and more!

Terrible place. Bill you after due date. My guess is they're trying to gouge late fees. NOT happening! Zero presence at the facility 2 days in a row. Another angle to relieve you of your hard earned money. Such is corporate corruption. I beg you to choose other storage facilities. Inadequate is speaking nicely
Michael ,the property manager was very polite and professional, showed us all our options. the place is very clean ,and feels safe. My only complaint is the extra $$ tacked on the price of the small unit I rented ,which Im storing very little stuff in
