I had a great experience ,Anup help me getting late fees waived I was on auto pay and it did not go through got hit with fees and and i call office and Anup help me....Great customer service!!
Excellent facility. Their RV spaces are wide and long and layout makes it easy to back in. We have a pontoon trailer that is 32 feet long and we had no trouble whatsoever. Bluetooth access from your phone makes gate access easy (EASYCODE). Would definitely recommend Beyond Self Storage.
Well, the facility is fine and the people that work there are fine, but here is the deal. Say you rent a unit on August 9, today. You will get a prorated charge for the remainder of the month. But guess what, say you VACATE a unit on Aug 9, as I did today. You would imagine to be fair they would return the money you already paid for the time the unit will be empty and they could rent it to someone else. Nope, not this place, they keep your money for the entire month. So Beyond Self Storage nails you on the way in (which I can understand) BUT nails you on the way OUT too.nnUpdate: The facility was nice enough to contact me to try to work something out. Don't know how to change the star rating though.
