I just had my roof done and everything went very smoothly and as advertised. The project only took 2.5 days and it was a complete tear-off with 3 layers on top of cedar shake, which was replaced with plywood. The guys took extra steps to protect the fence that divides mine and my neighbors property. I had heard that the reputation this company has is excellent and they showed me why. Great company and great service! I would highly recommend Maddox Roofing Co.!!!
Reasonable quote and got the the job done quickly. They made this a very easy process and my new roof looks great. I even had a wind mitigation test performed after the job by another company and they mentioned the what a great quality job it was. Highly recommend this company.
I would highly recommend Maddox Roofing Co. for any roofing project. William responded to our inquiry in a very timely manner and was great to work with overall. He conducted a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a very detailed estimate of the project (which included a very fair price!). Throughout the process, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our roof replacement was completed in a very efficient manner and the crew did a fantastic job of cleaning our property of debris.We are very happy with our choice to use Maddox for our project.
Maddox Roofing Co. did an excellent job replacing a section of our roof. The staff was polite and efficient, and the work was done in a very professional manner. We felt that the company was very honest with us from the beginning of the job until completion. And best of all, we had no leaks during a very recent, very hard rain. What a wonderful company to work with. Very organized and efficient - communicated well throughout the process. This was the only company out of 3 quotes that told me I didn't yet need a new roof on one of our buildings and then quoted the repairs needed there.
