I was checking out of the store or so I thought. I stood at the checkout but there was nobody there. Did the store close when I wasn't looking? It was after 7:00. No, as I walked past the register I could see a young girl sitting in the office on her cell phone. I stood in plain sight for a few more moments before she finally looked up and came out to the register while finishing her text. She seemed unfocused and as if processing the transaction was far less important than resuming her text exchange. We processed the transaction. I had to ask her for a bag. She simply handed the bag to me and returned to texting back in the office. Impressed with the customer service? Uh, no.
Love this store ud83dudc95ud83dudc36. Everyone there are so very helpful and friendly. They also have very healthy options for your dog. The delivery service is great and a great option if you are not able to get out of the house.
Very helpful staff. Hit the right note on both service and choices. More enjoyable than some of the more bargain basement suppliers.
