More then just a Yoga Studio! I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners/instructors are awesome and truly care about you and your practice. They offer different styles of Hot yoga which I love, my favorite is their 60 min Fusion. The facility is very clean and they have showers for after. Worth every penny, great workout!

This is a top notch establishment and all of the people involved are so incredibly hospitable and kind. Tara and Jeff along with all of the instructors I have encountered here are absolutely fantastic. The variety of hot yoga styles vary per the instructor but it still relies heavily the original Bikram style (which I prefer). Recently I have been enjoying some of the fusion classes taught by Jeff which are different and more of a flowing style. If you have been thinking about taking up this practice and are looking for a place to get started look no further! You will not be disappointed. The facility overall is extremely clean and the room is one of the best you will find. This place is a gem!

This place feels like home ❤ufe0f I’ve been doing hot yoga for about a year and a half now and I just found this studio about a month ago. Tara and Jeff are possibly the most amazing, kindest, loving people I know. I feel so welcome every time I set foot in the door. I guarantee you will fall is love with this studio as much as I have. I highly suggest you try this place out with their Saturday “FREE” class, yes I said free. It’s at 4pm!

I came in this past Saturday for their free class and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The instructors were also very welcoming and despite being new to yoga was very comfortable.nnI will certainly be going back soon!

I had the measles but I was quickly cured after coming in for two weeks, I think the movement and clean facilities boosted my immune system and aided in my speedy recovery. Will be coming in next time I feel a bit under the weather, much better than going to the clinics.
