I sent all tax records for an estate on 6/15 to the Brockton office it has gone through the hands of 2 of their experts and to date I have gotten 3 emails and 4 voicemails all saying we will get back to you. There is no one taking this matter seriously and no one has any real world responses to this abominable treatment of clients. I give them a minus 2 stars.
