I have called 3 times in the last 10 days to schedule some work at my home. Each time I was told the service manager would call me by the end of the day. It has not happened yet
Great service. I had a lighting issue that I was trying to resolve for a customer of mine. We scheduled a date and time and the technician was on time and responsive. They were able to work with me over the phone to get on site, find the location, and assess the problem. I would certainly use them again.
We added on to the home. Replaced the service, panel and installed new can lighting. They had to work around other contractor schedules so I gave them 5 star for putting up with me.
