Absolutely terrible company, and terrible service. I have lived in Beacon Hill Apartments for two years, and I have had issues with ACR ever since I moved in. The Internet frequently goes out, the people on the phone are no where near helpful, and they charge a ridiculous amount for less than decent service. I pay $90/mo for 50mbps top speed, but it's more like 15-20mpbs on a daily average, with frequent outages. Every time I have called this company, unless it was an actual issue of my router, they have taken no care to try to find the cause of the outages. In just the past couple months, I experience at least one outage a day, sometimes for hours on end. Completely unacceptable. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

If there was an option to put zero stars I would. This apartment complex forces you to use this unusable internet, paying roughly 7 times what the speeds are worth, and refuse to give tenants any other option. This internet provider is also owned by the people who own the apartment complex, who force you to use it, which is most likely illegal.

So far I am happy with ACR service. I had never heard of the company before I moved to Beacon Hill Apartments and ACR cable was the only service that offered the speed I wanted and it seems to work pretty well. I am able to steam videos like Netflix with no problem.

Sometimes we lose cable and internet for random reasons but they have added new higher speeds which is nice
