Received a Movado watch for my birthday and needed to have the band adjusted. Mike and Richard from the Wrentham store could not have been more helpful. I wound up getting an other watch with a different band that was easier for me to open. My daughter had her battery replaced and we were both very pleased with the service.

Closest one to Boston however they didn’t have anything I saw on the website in the show room. It seemed like I knew more about the collections than the associates ... Sales look good tho so I’ll give it another chance. They also don’t offer the engraving at the store.
