I have been having trouble getting my prescriptions filled for several months now. Just this past month I tried to get my pain meds filled. They never called the Dr office for the refill. I tried several times. Then I requested a refill on my inhaler. First they needed updated ins card info. Then I had to go around thru the line again only to be told the Rx was gonna cost 172 dollars. I reminded them again I also have Medicaid. I left went back a cpl days later and I was then told I needed a preauthorization. I left went back. I went in today to pickup the prescription and get a flu shot and was told that they were too busy to give me my flu shot. I am getting really frustrated with the people who are now working in the pharmacy here. I never had this kind of trouble until they started switching pharmacists all the time. They seldom bill both insurances. The never try to suggest cheaper medications. And I always have to leave and go thru the line again or come back another day cause they didn't get it right the first time. I asked for snap on lids on my bottles and I get child proof ones I can't get off cause of my hand issues. I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years and have only been having these troubles this past year. I want Jim back.

Very rude. Needed fax number and the lady was rude asking all kinds of questions that was Not needed . Just one thing and makes it hard on a person are u kidding me.

I have been going here for years and think everyone here go out of their way to accommodate you. I mean seriously I know everyone by name and they all know mine. The store is clean, organized and there is always something on sale!! It's a win win!!
