This optical center went through many changes in January of 2019, which is why it received negative reviews early on. However, my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Picking out her glasses was quick and easy, then we received excellent customer service curing checkout and again when we picked up her new glasses. (Which she loves!)

The optical department is a train wreck at best. This is NOT a department of the BJs store and is locked down from any store manager. If you have to buy something from the optical store you are told to come back later? Bad customer service for so called members???? The new department only allows the purchase of lense and frames together. If you like your frames and want new lenses It is impossible toget new lenses alone. Good Luck in your future purchasing.
