Noodles and Company

The floors and tables are always covered in crumbs, and it takes forever to get our order. Sometimes they screw our order up. If you’re taking that long, you should not be screwing up orders. The bathroom floor was sticky the last few times I went in there, and it was disgusting. The food is ok. If you’re iffy about this kind of stuff, I do not recommend this place.

Food was great! The employees could have looked happier to be working, but I understand with the Pandemic right now!

last night was the first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the superb dishes and booze and with the honest cost. We will definitely come back soon.

We ordered take out for lunch. I was supposed to have Japanese Pan Noodles with steak and my wife got pesto cavatappi. The order was 15 minutes late but there were only two people working during a big lunch rush. My order ended up being wrong because they forgot the team even though we paid for it. I usually love Noodles but I expect better.

We went to this Noodles and company 6/19 for lunch, we got there at 12:14, there was no line to order, but a lot of people sitting and standing around, I guessed waiting for their orders. There were 4 of us and my daughter ordered for her and my grand-daughter, then another grand-daughter ordered and then I did. We waited until 12: 36 when they called the second order that was made. It was picked up and she went out to sit at a table and wait for us to get our orders. 25 minutes later, after asking many times when it was coming my daughter got her orders. I waited and waited and told the others to start before theirs got too cold. I asked several times, the person who I guessed was in charge, said "Well, what was the name"? I told her and she started looking all over to find it. 15 minutes later I asked if I could just get my money back, as everyone else was done eating. They said it had been an awful morning, that they had a large order earlier that really put them back and the registers were really acting up. They gave me a cookie, I guess to make me happy (didn't work) and said my order would be right up. It took about 5 more minutes and then it wasn't complete. While waiting I was talking to other people there, and we were all quite upset at the workers. Not one of them had on a mask, we only saw 1 (the one in charge) wearing gloves, and 3 of them kept touching their faces and hair. I just had to get this off my chest. I have eaten at this Noodles and Co quite a few times, and it has been a good place. It just seemed like it was very unorganized today. Hope they can get their act together, and follow the health department orders of face masks and gloves for food workers.
